Several executive and administrative members of Team Teltek recently achieved CompTIA A+ Certification! These dedicated Teltekians trained for 80+ hours over an 11 week period and had to pass two different exams to receive the certification.

A+ Certification is granted when an individual gains proficiency in the essential skills and knowledge needed to install, upgrade, repair, configure, troubleshoot, optimize and perform preventative maintenance of basic personal computer hardware and operating systems.

This is an outstanding achievement since these are not our technicians, who currently hold A+ and other technical certificates, but our executive and office support co-workers!
